Chilled bathers

These bathers can be found on the Museum Insel, that's the Berliner Dom in the background. I will show you some pictures from inside the church tomorrow. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in town, but unfortunately visitors have to pay an entrance fee.

  1. Very nice. I don't like it when churches charge an entrance fee. Here in Montreal the Notre Dame Cathedral charges a fee, but the St. Joseph's Oratory does not. To be honest, and this has nothing to do with the fee (or lack of it), I much prefer St. Joseph's Oratory, as it is on the mountain (Mount Royal) and there is by far so much more to see.

  3. Nice shot, but I'm getting cold just looking at them! It never occurred to me that a church would charge a fee to visit, but the upkeep is probably expensive if they get a lot of visitors.

  7. Naked statues and snow make me feel really cold.
PS: It's snowing right now in the GTA with 5 to 10 centimetres expected to fall.
